The shell and drum are injection-molded from ABS + PP + POM. This is the biggest capital investment in a factory — owning the molds (not renting) is what separates a real manufacturer from a reseller. Tolerance matters: ours is controlled within 0.05mm.
The Wi-Fi module, motor, and sensors are assembled in-house. We wrote the firmware ourselves, which means we can deliver custom colors, branding and packaging for OEM buyers — no third-party vendor delays.

The mold steel determines how long a product stays consistent over thousands of units. We use P20 pre-hardened steel for standard runs and upgrade to S136H stainless mold steel for high-gloss or high-volume projects. Cheaper factories use softer steel that deforms after tens of thousands of shots, drifting dimensions and causing assembly gaps. See our premium vs. cheap guide.
