Defect Rate: The Number That Matters

Video QC Before Shipping

We record a video QC inspection of every order before it leaves the factory — you can watch it live if you want. If a factory won't do this, that's a red flag.

4 Questions to Ask Any Factory

• "What's your field return rate over 12 months?"

• "Can you send a video of the QC inspection on my order?"
