About Us

Started in 2021. 30 people. One factory in Ningbo.

We're not a trading company — we own our production lines. Injection molding, assembly, QC, packaging — all under one roof. This lets us keep prices competitive and quality consistent, batch after batch.

Most of our clients are Amazon and eBay sellers who need a reliable supplier that ships on time. Some are pet store chains looking for private-label products. A few are distributors who order container loads every quarter. We handle all of them.

Our engineering team has been building pet tech products since before MetaPawtic was a company. The Wi-Fi module in our litter box? We wrote the firmware ourselves. The app? Built in-house. When something needs fixing, we fix it — no waiting on a third-party vendor.

What Buyers Ask Us Before Placing an Order

How do I know you're a real factory, not a trading company?

We'll show you. Video call us on WhatsApp and we'll walk the production floor — live. You can also visit in person. Our address: Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. We'll send the exact location when you schedule a visit.

What are your payment terms?

Standard: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. For larger orders ($50K+), we can discuss L/C (Letter of Credit). We also accept Alibaba Trade Assurance for first-time orders.

What if products arrive damaged or defective?

12-month warranty on all electronics. Any DOA (dead on arrival) units are replaced at our cost. We do a video QC check of every order before it leaves the factory — you can watch the inspection live if you want.

Can I see your certificates before I order?

Yes. Email us and we'll send you the actual PDFs — FCC, CE, RoHS, UL, FDA. Give them to your customs broker to verify. No problem.

How long does shipping take to the US?

Sea freight from Ningbo to LA/Long Beach: about 15-18 days on the water, plus 3-5 days for customs clearance. Total door-to-door is typically 30-35 days. We ship FOB Ningbo standard. DDP to your warehouse is available for qualified buyers.

What's your minimum order? Can I start small?

We recommend starting with samples first. Then 10-50 units for a trial order to test the market. Larger volumes (200+) unlock better pricing. No pressure to go big on your first order — we'd rather you test and reorder than overcommit and regret it.
