Shipping & Wholesale Terms

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

MOQ is 20 units for catalog models. Samples are available first. Custom logo, packaging, and app features may have higher minimums.

2. Lead Time

Standard lead time is 45 days from deposit confirmation. Sample orders ship faster. We provide a video QC inspection before every shipment.

3. Shipping & Logistics

• FOB Ningbo — standard term; you arrange freight and customs.
• DDP — door-to-door, available for qualified buyers.
• Sea freight to US West Coast: 15–18 days on water, plus customs.

4. Payment Terms

Standard: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. L/C available for orders over $50K. Alibaba Trade Assurance accepted for first orders.

5. Warranty

12-month warranty on all electronics. DOA (dead-on-arrival) units are replaced at our cost.

6. Returns & Defects

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for any defect claims, with photos or video. We'll resolve replacements or credit case by case.
