• Production: 30–45 days from deposit confirmation.
• QC & packaging: included in production (we run video QC before shipping).
• Factory to Ningbo port: 2–3 days.
• Sea freight to US West Coast: 15–18 days on water.
• Customs + last mile: 3–5 days + your forwarder's timeline.

Total door-to-door: roughly 50–75 days for a first order. Plan 2–2.5 months end to end.

What Slows It Down

• Customization — custom molds, packaging, or firmware add weeks.
• Peak season — Q4 is the busiest; book production early.
• Certification re-testing — changing electronics later re-triggers testing.

Plan Around Chinese New Year

Every factory in China pauses for Chinese New Year (late January–February), and the two weeks around it are the single biggest cause of late orders. Production slots fill fast in November and December. If you need stock for Q1, confirm your order and deposit before mid-November — that's the practical cutoff we tell every buyer.
